Shipping and returns policy

We aim to dispatch all items within 3-5 working days. Orders will be sent out by recorded Second Class Mail.

If an item you ordered becomes unavlible for whatever reason you will be notified and refunded as soon as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be very happy with your Nomadic Mother order, but if you are not, you are entitled to a full refund up to 14 days from the receipt of goods.

I do request you to email me prior to retruning the item to dissucss the issue and see how it can best be resolved.

Retun email - Nomadicmother@gmail.com with “return” as the subject.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

The returned products must unworn and in the same condition that you received them. They must have the return label in tact and must be sent back in the original packaging. If there are any signs of wear, damage or the return tag has been removed the item is no longer valid for refund or exchange. If the item recieved is not valid for a refund you will be notified and will be returned the item, at your own cost.

We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service/courier to return the item as we are unable to refund for any orders which get lost in the post and that you keep your proof of posting documents until we confirm that we have received the item.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it fits our return policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 days to reach your account depending on your provider.

To request an exchange please email prior to sending your item back so your product can be reserved. Exchanges are subject to avaliblity, If unavalible, you will be offered a refund (if applicable).
